Advice?

So I plan on losing 50lbs. I weigh 190lbs and am 16. I plan on going down to 140lbs. Ive decided that everyday at school I'll get a Chicken Salad for lunch to at least start. what should I be eating for breakfest? And for dinner should I eat whatever my parents make just less? Or which foods? I work a lot so I dont have much time to work out. And Im from Minnesota so it's freezing. What are y'alls thoughts on Aloe water? Is that something I should keep drinking? Thanks!!!
