Consipation?

Anyone know what works FAST with this consipation? I tried 2 doses of miralax and had no results at all. It’s been almost a week and I’m miserable. I’m 8 weeks 6 days

Try fiber one cereal. I believe there are 14 grams of fiber in a serving. I typically mix it with a little Greek yogurt and blueberries for breakfast

I got the go ahead from my doctor to take vitafusion’s fiber gummies. I take one every other day to stay regular. I was having terrible constipation craps which is why I talked to the doctor. He said start with one, if that doesn’t do it, take another one in a couple hours. I was in so much pain that I just took three right away and worked within a couple hours.

I work in geriatrics. Prune juice + milk of magnesia = Dynamite 💣 MoM is the first line of defense after no bowel movement in 3 days. Miralax and fiber are great for daily maintenance. Plenty of water and exercise/waking help get things moving as well.

I’m using milk of magnesia and it’s really done wonders. I’m going every two to three days. That helped me poop within 6 hours of taking it. And I added Metamucil to my diet each morning to keep things chugging along :) good luck I really hope you get your relief soon
