Is anyone else (especially second time + moms) experiencing a dull pain that seems to be localized more on one side?

I’m just about 8 weeks and my lower left abdomen has a fairly consistent dull ache. My OB gave me an abdominal ultrasound at an estimated 7 weeks and couldn’t see anything (everything I’ve since read says it was likely too early to see anything).

I have a transvaginal ultrasound scheduled for 11/22 but I’m so nervous about aches and pains because of the failed abdominal ultrasound.

Any insights? I keep scaring myself about ectopic pregnancies!
