I’m having horrible PMS and I need to see a doctor so we can either rule out or diagnose PMDD. I’m 15 and live with my grandparents and I had to tell them so I could actually see a doctor and grandma understood and set me up with a gynecologist for next week. I’m terrified.

What was your first appointment like??

I want an IUD also. Can she put it in in the first appointment, and if so will my grandparents know? I’m not sexually active but they don’t know that I used to be, and I may or may not want to soon.
