ive had 3 positive first response test 6 days sooner and had blood work done and it came back negative. why? these line showed before 3 mins

I had something similar in September. My lines were faint but definitely there. I was getting all excited and then I started bleeding 2 days later and I went to the hospital to get blood work. it came back negative. Chemical pregnancy. I hate that there is such a thing...
