Pregnancy question...

Ok ladies... so I lost my first 6 years ago at 5 weeks so I didn’t get to experience pregnancy so I have no clue what most of these pains are. I am 31+2 weeks and my biggest fear is going into labor early. With that being said I am having pressure/pain REALLY low almost in my cervix or bladder? (Does that make sense?) like it almost feels like he is pushing or kicking my cervix or something? Like it is random and it doesn’t feel like normal kicks. I’m just guessing at saying it might be kicks. I don’t know how to explain it well. Anyone know or understand what it could be or what I am talking about? I just don’t like not knowing what’s going on with my body. I don’t THINK they are contractions or Braxton Hicks because it’s isolated REALLY low but sometimes it it so uncomfortable/painful I bend over.
