TMI I need advice!!

Sorry for the explicit picture but I really need some advice.... I have this directly under my labia... it burns when i pee like to the point I’m in tears almost but I think it burns because the acid in my urine is hitting it and it hurts for like five minutes after I go to the bathroom and if i move in a weird way or it rubs against the under side it hurts really bad.
