Missed AB

Hi, I just had a miscarriage at 6 weeks 6 day ago and my bleeding stopped completely yesterday, the things is that i had sexual intercourse yesterday and now idk if i should've done it or not. Can that cause me any problems? Did any of y'all had a similar situation? I got some labs done to see if my hgc levels were lower than what they were 6 days ago. Also my doctor didn't say anything about having any sex, but again i just did it without his consent cus i assumed it would be okay since the bleeding stopped completely. Just feeling a little nerves of my decision thats all, i know i should mention it to him on my next appointment.
