When I'm scared on the pill

Even through I take my pills every day, I get slightly nervous when I take the sugar pills and have sex those days like "what does this mean! Is it actually safe?!"

It’s completely safe if you take your active pills everyday on time. The sugar ones are just supposed be there so that you could be taking a pill everyday

the sugar ones are so you get your period.  the constant dosing you do by taking your meds daily help keep you safer on thoes days.

I honesty get this way as well and I won't have sex on my break week lol. however you are still 99.7% protected as long as you took all the active pills in your pack perfectly. if you missed any pills or took any pills late then you may not be fully protected.
