I think I messed up

I’m 8 weeks pp and started my birth control pills last Sunday after my period..Saturday I forgot to take one so I doubled up Sunday like the dr told me to and then I forgot to take it today too because I’ve been dealing with a sick baby and time just got away from me but anyways the hubs and I did it tonight and before I could say anything he came inside me...now I’m scared I might be pregnant again what are my chances of getting pregnant again?😩 oh and today is supposed to be one of my fertile days..
