I keep extra toys in mine that my daughter doesn’t see that often, so that when we are at a restaurant or the store and she starts to get fussy I give her a toy and she gets excited because she hasn’t seen it in a while. 
Other than that just normal diapers, wipes, extra formula, food, bottle, safety kit, extra
Clothes, and her sunglasses

Clean bottle, formula, water for formula, small dish soap to wash the bottle if we are gone too long, an extra pacifier
Lense cleaning wipes for my husband and me because babies love glasses haha
Snacks and/or food for baby girl if we eat somewhere and they don’t have food she can have yet lol

We use cloth diapers and my daughter just had to switch to a prescribed formula so now my must haves are:
1.Cloth diapers
2.Cloth wipes prepped in a wipe container
3.Wet bag
4.Bottles with her water
5.Formula in a divided container
6.Extra outfits and bibs

in my diaper bag I have, formula, bottle, extra clothes two outfits, diapers, wipes, small bottles of bath stuff which has come in handy since he exploded once and I had to wash him in the sink and his clothes and car seat smh. changing pad. he's eating food now so I have a bowl and a spoon now and baby cereal just in case.

EXTRA CLOTHES!!! I couldn't stress this enough. and I mean both for baby and you, and maybe even daddy. lol. it gets messy.
