how long are you able to keep breastmilk In the fridge before moving it to the freezer to be frozen?

Answer

Depends on you. I can personally only keep it about 3 days before it tastes bad. I also have to scald my milk before freezing it or tastes bad. Babe starts to make a face as it tastes horrible. 🤷🏻‍♀️
So I had to taste it and see how long it stayed edible for.

It should be good in the fridge for 5-7 days, and then can go in the freezer if you haven’t used it. I usually only leave it in the fridge for a day or two just so I don’t lose track.
