dieting question

so I used to love eggs growing up I would eat fried, scrambled and even poached eggs for breakfast. I recently started a high protein diet and I have no problem with fish or red meat but for some reason eating any type of eggs nauseates me the only thing that hasn't so far was egg salad I made and deviled eggs. The egg problem started about 2 years ago but slowly has gotten worse. Same goes for chicken. I used to love grilled chicken but never ate it often, maybe 3 times a month and mostly at dinner with family. I ate both these foods on normal occasions my family just cooks a lot of red meat more often. could anyone help me and maybe help me figure out what's wrong?
