VITEX 💊💊💊

Has anyone used vitex to help conceive/regulate their cycles? I'm currently on CD 38 😑 and no AF in sight.

My cycles used to be 28-29 days but Ive gained 35 pounds in the last year and my cycles have gotten longer, with this being the longest cycle yet.

I'm hoping this supplement paired with exercise/clean eating will help me balance my cycle so we can conceive when we start tying in the new year. Any input is appreciated! ✨
