Period?Or just spotting?

I have already missed last months period haven’t had no signs of period just pregnancy signs then this month I was supposed to start this last Sunday but didn’t...But then today I’m lightly bleeding...I don’t know if it’s becuz I have been sleeping with a heat pad on my bk the last couple of night and I know when I do have my period it always mad e me flow more...What do y’all think just light bleeding or actual period becuz I was 30days late skipped a whole period last month..Never ever had that happen or ever had irregular periods...I thought for sure I was I’ve had several symptoms but then I started this and had me discouraged
