Could it be all in my head

Ovulation is today but my husband and I have had sex on Sunday night, and Monday I went to the bathroom and there was some like pink when I wiped and a little in my discharge... but this morning I got up did my morning routine and after I got dress I felt really nauseous.. still feeling nauseous... could it just be in my head?
