I got the shot and no period should i be worried?

I got the shot October 10 2017, my first one ever. About a week and a half later me and my boyfriend had sex and he came in me. Then again he did on November 12th i was supposed to get my period November 8th and it never came. I’m not sure if i should be worried that I am pregnant or if the shot is just stopping my period.
