Soo.. I went to my fertility specialist yesterday to take a progesterone blood test and do ultra sound before starting letrozole. During the ultra sound they thought I may have a cyst, but was waiting to see what the blood work showed. Today I got a call saying that I actually ovulated on my own sometime within the last week and it wasn’t a cyst on the ultra sound but (forgot the term they used) it was there since I just ovulated. Since I ovulated I can’t start the letrozole until 2-3 weeks to make sure I’m not pregnant. I sooooo wish it would be a miracle and timing was right last week. Sad I can’t start the letrozole process, but happy that I did ovulate. Just wanted to share with others that understand this whole PCOS thing...
