driving myself crazy

I'm 11 weeks 1day today with my first baby, last time i saw my baby's heartbeat was at 6 weeks 1day. I am driving myself crazy with all the "what ifs" 😕. Today i started having some cramps nothing that's unbearable just cramps on my lower belly not sure if it's just stretching but no BLEEDING. I'm just so scared that i will wake up one day and i will no longer be pregnant 😢. ( this is my miracle baby of 15 years of on and off trying so you can understand why I'm so worried about everything)
