should i be worried? please read.

I'm 23 weeks 2 days and haven't felt little man move in about a day and a half. 
the last two nights my stomach has just  felt really heavy, and I've been peeing a lot today. last night I had some small pains to the left of my belly button and my back by the time I went to bed was killing me. 
I guess I'm mostly nervous because of sudden no kicks.

You can call your ob, but it’s normal not to feel them all the time yet. They don’t recommend kick counts until 28 weeks.

At 23 weeks I could go a day without feeling baby move and I'd freak myself out. They go through growth spurts so they'll sleep a lot. He could also be facing your back so you wouldn't feel him kick. When in doubt though, it's always best to go get checked just in case. Better safe than sorry.

I really hope you went to the hospital. not feeling the baby move and severe back pain are big red flags. any kind of cramping or pain that hurts and wraps around to your back is a sign that you need to be seen by a doctor. I hope and pray everything is okay.
