Need advice about an argument

Friday was my bday. My bf and 2 friends went to a bar. I never left their sides except to use the bathroom. The DJ announced ny birthday, so I had some strangers come to my table and wished me a happy bday. All of them were self proclaimed gay men. We took goofy pics, laughed and they moved on. Today, my bf asked if I was contacted by one of the guys. A little backstory: We have had many conversations about what are triggers. For me, is not having trust and being accused of something I haven't done. I would like honest feeback at our conversation. Was he being shady? Was I being sensitive? Etc... Thank you
