Belly button ring?

Okay ladies I know this is silly in comparison to the beauty and excitement of being pregnant....but I have no idea what to do with my belly button ring once I'm
Preggo lol! I hate seeing my tummy without it so I don't want the hole to close up. However.....I've seen women who have used different rings to keep theirs open and they sometimes look a bit barbaric and it feels like overkill!! Thoughts?? I just don't want to feel 100% foreign in my post baby bod. Although I'm not sure that's avoidable!lol

honestly i just got it redone once my son was old enough. with him kicking and squirming or crawling all over me anyways i was so glad i didnt have mine in! even now that hes 3 i had a few close calls where it was almost ripped right out. although im Definately gunna follow this to see if anyone has ideas :)

They have long ones at piercing/tattoo shops. Mine was uncomfortable to keep it in so I said so long at about 18 weeks.

I was able to wear mine my whole pregnancy, but I did carry small. Not sure if that plays a difference. You may be able to wear the same bar through the entire 40 weeks.

I finally took mine out at 24 weeks because it kept catching on my running leggings and treadmill. Lol. I'm just hoping it won't close. I've had it for longer than my lip ring and that piercing has never closed.

Save bet is to remove it before you get to big. Even with those trashy pregnant belly button rings you risk the piercing ripping.
