what do I say?

My husband and I live in our own house and have all of our own things in it. But my husband also has some of his things in his old bedroom at his parents house. I’ve been wanting to put his old bed from his parents house into our house. But I just found out my husbands older sister is living in his old room. And my husband loves his sister to death but I believe she is involved with hard drugs and is a very unhygienic person. Every time I try to get on the subject of his sister and how I see her he makes me feel like I’m being judgmental and that I’m wrong. How do I tell my husband I want everything of his out of his old bedroom because I think his sister is gross and I don’t want her sleeping In our bed. How do I tell my husband I don’t want her sleeping on the bed longer than she already has?

P.s. the bed in our home is crap and my husband payed for the bed and frame in his bedroom at his parents house. So it is ours to take.
