Hi ladies! I have PCOS and I’m really eager to try starting on a low plant base lifestyle. Any recommendations on recipes and/or websites to look into for beginners?
I want to start this because I want to lose weight. I gained 30 pounds in a matter of two years due to stress from school. But I haven’t given up hope and really want to take action on controlling my cravings and start choosing healthier choices!
