Hi all! I am 23 and planning to go on birth control soon and it will be my first time on it.

I have been seeing someone for a while now and I feel it is now the time to get on birth control. I am a nursing student and do not need any surprises any time soon 🙅🏻‍♀️

Based on your own experiences, what type of birth control would you recommend? I don’t want to get an implant, but what others do you use (shot or brand of pill)? Give me some side affects you experience on them.
