Cramp or Health?

Lately I’ve been experiencing really bad cramps prior to my period coming & when it’s actually happening. I️ used to be very active, but being away at college & trying to balance my personal life along with trying to make sure I’m good didn’t go as I’d hoped.

I️ tried Yoga for about a week and I️ felt a change in my body immediately (this obviously may not be the case for everyone) I️ felt more relaxed, my cramps were non existent & I️ was able to sleep better. I️ knew that exercising usually helps when I’m on my period, however I️ didn’t know of it to this degree imagine if I️ incorporated working out & Yoga how much more different I’ll feel 🤔... I️ wanted to share this little moment w. you all to get some feedback.
