Which anesthesia makes u act funny? Local or general anesthesia when your having your wisdom teeth out

i had a general anesthetic when i had my wisdom teeth out (they were still under the gum with no room in my mouth to come through). it didnt make me act funny but some people do have a weird reaction when waking up from it. they can have a sudden violent outburst and this kind of reaction is more common in people with ptsd. like police or military, people with trauma history etc. local anesthetic has no side effects for me just numbs the area. maybe youre thinking of nitrus oxide (gas)? can make you a bit loopy
