Affordable/drug store cruelty free beauty products?

I’m in the process of switching a lot of my stuff over to cruelty free and natural. I use a lot of elf and wet n wild.

I’m looking for a good foundation in those brands or another drug store brand that’s cruelty free. I’m currently using the covergirl clean (triangle bottle with green lid) and I like the way it basically feels like a tinted moisturizer but gives more coverage. Covergirl isn’t cruelty free though so I’m looking for a replacement after it’s gone!

I use minimal makeup products because I’m really picky about “feeling” the makeup on my face. I don’t contour and all that good stuff I’m just looking for the bare necessities for my makeup bag.

Also has anyone tried Toms deodorant? I bought the men’s version for my husband because everything else was breaking him out but I’m a little more picky about my deodorant and would like to hear some of y’alls reviews before I pay $6 for it.
