I am 5 months pregnant and I've heard that it's bad to lay on your stomach and back ? Is this really true ???

Honestly my dr told me whatever is comfortable for me. I sleep on my back every night and my son is perfectly fine

Lying on your back can cause the uterus to compress a big vein in the abdomen - reducing blood flow to your heart and blood supply to the womb. From 28 weeks it’s recommended to fall asleep on your side. If you wake up on your back, don’t panic, just roll over to your side again. Using pillows can help.

It’s bad on your back . I was told stomach is okay if it’s not uncomfortable . But left side is always the best .
