Hi ladies. Long story short, I’ve had lots of issues since my MC in July and am going through hormone testing now. But was wondering if anyone had success shortening 45+ long cycles with late Ovulation (day 30/31) using fertility tea. I’ve heard of Pink Stork fertility tea, dandelion root, red raspberry leaf, chaste berry. They all sound promising but at this ooont I don’t want to mess myself up more. Looking for info and recommendations or success stories! Thanks!
