tips?

Hello everyone! my husband and I are, well were, ttc for the past year and a half. I've had extremely irregular periods, so it's been a journey. We decided to take a break and get fit and more ready health wise to have a baby. It's been a stressful last 6 months and sadly I went from 185 lbs to 230. It felt like it happened over night. I want to get down to at least 150 by next Christmas. does anybody have any tips? I plan on doing a cleanse after thanksgiving also if anyone has any recommendations. thanks so much 💜
