Cracked nipples blood in milk?

I was pumping and my nipple is cracked I noticed blood in the milk do I need to throw it away or is it safe for baby to eat?

Don’t throw it. If baby sucked directly on your nipple you would be none the wiser! If it really bothers you keep it for the bath - good for their skin!

No you don’t! It’s perfectly ok of baby swallows it. Try rubbing your own milk around your
Nipples after nursing and or pumping. It works wonders
