Gum infection in third trimester

I have been having this on and off pain near my molars on right side, and the pain radiates through the whole jaw on right side, and also the right ear and sometimes gives me a headache on the right side. When I get the pain it is intense and extremely painful. Usually if I drink cold/warm milk or coffee it triggers it.

I checked back there with a torch and it looks like there is an abscess, and the gum is inflamed.

I am 35 weeks pregnant, and no dental insurance. I will be able to get dental insurance at the beginning of January.

I was wondering if anyone knows if it's okay to continue the pregnancy like this and just deal with the pain. Or will it hurt my baby?
