I'm not sure

so I'm about 12dpo really hoping this is my month period is due on money and having some symptoms sore back cramps and sore breasts etc in went to the toilet after feeling something 'down there' this isn't normal for me .. what could it be .. ino yous arnt doctors etc just looking a bit of hope 🤗😊 thanks in advance xx
