Yes i take cooler showers... they have done wonders to my hair and skin...hot water isnt good for the skin... i use to shower in like scorching hot water and my skin was always so dry and hair was brittle.

Its good for your skin and hair supposedly. Personally I only take cold showers when im nauseous as it seems to calm my body down
