What do you think

So I’m a senior in highschool and I’m already over it. I’m obsessed with college and I can’t wait to go. My family does not have much money so I’m most likely paying for most of it with student loans but I’m not all that concerned because I’m going i eventually practice medicine and be a doctor so student loans shouldnt be that much of a burden on me after that point. Anyway like I said we don’t have much money but I’m ganna be living on campus (hopefully at Montclair I applied two days ago). So in addition to buying usual back to school things I need things for my dorm like bedsheets,blankets,shower stuff etc...

Which will probably cost a lot of money. I have a little part time job but I’m saving up to get me food,a laptop and some essential things while I’m in college after I assumed my dad bought me stuff in bulk in he beginning of the year since I probably won’t have a job while I’m at this school.(freshmen can’t have cars on campus) I brought it up today in a joke fashion like save up Dad for when I move out and he said what do I mean, when I’m in college I’m on my own. Which is a shock to me concidering he’s not helping me at all with paying for tuition room and board. I might have the money but not even to get everything with the job I have and pay for my own prom prom dress and stuff for college. I know I could scrap by if my grandma buys me stuff too but I think as a dad he should step up and buy me all my dorm stuff and then I could be on my own, especially since my younger sister is not going to college and my brother isn’t going for another 7 years so it shouldn’t be that much of a burden.....what do you think??
