Should I test? Is there a chance I’m pregnant?

I had unprotected sex multiple time the end of October and the beginning of November. I haven’t tested yet because everyone said it was to early, I didn’t miss a period but I’ve been having heartburn, nausea, back pain, headache, tired, and cramping. I was just wondering is there a chance I could be pregnant and should I still test even tho I got what I think was my period?
