Acetaminophen 500 mg while breastfeeding?

I have a major headache and found this in my cabinet in a bag I THINK it's Acetaminophen 500 mg can I take this while breastfeeding? I looked online to make for sure that's what it is and I can't find a solid answer. can someone double check for me please before I pop it in my mouth thanks so much  it has P500 on it

If you dont know what it is then don’t take it. Not worth the risk.  Just run to the drug store and grab some in a bottle.

So. We are going to trust google to identify a pill so she can take it and maybe make her headache go away all while possibly exposing her child to a dangerous medication ?
If google was trusted for diagnosing people or identifying things correctly then we wouldn’t have a need for doctors or pharmacists.
