I'm 4 weeks 2 days pregnant and this just happened... is it over?

update: going to er after dinner... don't want to deal with explaining this all to my family about why I'm missing thanksgiving dinner. n. UPDATE: the bleeding basically stopped by Friday morning. I never even soaked through a pad at all. got in touch with my ob who said everything could still be fine because sometimes there's a pocket of blood that still needs to be released, and I never passed any tissue. she sent me for a blood test in Friday and I'm going for another one on Sunday to compare my hcg levels and see what's going on. I have had no real bleeding since then, and occasional brown spotting. hoping for the best but won't know for sure until Monday! thank you guys for all the support, I would not have been able to do this without it!! I'll keep you posted as soon as I get my blood test results. trying Not to get my hopes up too high!

UPDATE #3: just got results back... hcg was at 4. confirmed miscarriage
