pumping
is pumping 3 times a day in addition to nursing enough to maintain an oversupply? I never do a middle of the night pump, just morning, night and midday. I've been pumping less ounces at a time so idk if that means I'm losing or baby is just eating more now. I'm 4 weeks pp. I'm wondering if I should pump more often. I was putting away 12 ounces a day, now I'm lucky if I have 6 leftover by the end of the day.
