Worst UTI Ever While Pregnant

I’m 7 weeks pregnant. This is the worst UTI of my entire life. I get them a lot but never one this bad. My obgyn is out for thanksgiving and there nurse line is down. Is it okay to take over the counter numbing UTI pills or cranberry pills? Like Azo for this? I’m unable to sleep it is so bad. It feels as if I am on fire down there whenever I pee and even when I’m just sitting here it hurts.
