What pain reliever can you take when ttc/pregnant?

You can only take Tylenol/Acetomenophine (sp?) While you are pregnant. No NSAIDS while pregnant. Ttc, I'm not too sure about.

I was taking Tylenol until my OB prescribed me aspirin (81 mgs daily). Usually you aren't supposed to take NSAIDs while pregnant but my systolic blood pressure spiked twice now and she wants me on low dose until 36 weeks. So now everything else is out because you can't take a lot of things in conjunction with NSAIDs.

If you're only trying to conceive it doesn't matter unless it's perhaps prescribed medication. 
Once pregnant, Tylenol.
