Period stains on nice underwear?

How do I get period stains out of undies? I got the IUD and my spotting stopped, and then came back during ovulation and my undies have dirty brown stains on them. Ive tried preen and wondersoap. Any other rememdies I could try?

Hydrogen peroxide and warm water. it worked for me.

peroxide directly on all blood, let sit for a min-2, apply hair conditioner on top and kinda rub it in, then throw in washer on hot water. if it’s s stain that’s been there for more than like 2 hours it won’t work as good as a recent spot but it works
