Whats happening? Any ideas?

So ive been really moody as hell (i have ptsd and depression but its not like the usual getting bad but nothings triggered it i know that sounds weird as hell lol), my boobs have been sensitive as hell like this never happens unless right before my period but im currently in the fertile window, i keep getting these cramps like period ones but not as pain kinda more discomfort. and im going to to 💩 twice to three times a day which is not normal for me but everything is normal aha? any ideas please?? sorry to be so graphic
