Birth Control Options

Does anyone have experience with the Depo-Provera birth control. How did it affect your body, is there anything you noticed that the doctors don't tell you? What's the most comfortable and most reliable birth control you use, other than condoms.

My husband and I aren't really ready for kids but we enjoy intimacy without a condom. I'm not a huge fan of pills or shots but I've been considering them. I want something that also helps to regulate my symptoms but won't affect me mentally or physically. 😫😫😫
