Relactatoon with low supply
so, put it simply. at two weeks, Stephanie butchered my supply. Before I was able to pump and get 3-4 oz a session. nope, not anymore. I have been eating oatmeal, made oatmeal cookies, drinking mothers milk tea, drinking water, letting her nurse. she is formula fed but still prefers the breast, still latches.
I am hand expressing .25 oz for both breasts which is still an increase but I would like more, obviously. . any tips?
