Jerky when trying to sleep after c-section
Hi All, I had an unplanned c-section about four days ago. I’ve had a really hard time sleeping since and have noticed I keep jerking awake whenever I’m drifting off. Is this a normal side effect? Any info or advice? I’m exhausted.
