I hate my boobs

The nipples are way too big and honestly bc of it I never take my bra off during sex unless its totally dark or I'm drunk. They're lopsided and just nasty. Does anyone have any tips on how to change them? I'm 21 and they've always been something I'm insecure about. I've thought about getting my nipples pierced but idk if that'll only draw even more attention to them :/
