Does this bump look normal?!

My breasts have grown a lot really fast recently and they also are a little sore and very tender. I have never noticed bumps this big and this is the biggest on my right breast it doesn’t hurt and there’s no puss or anything but should I be worried about it? I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms but my period isn’t due for like 8 days and I have negative tests. Could this be a pregnancy sign? My breasts used to be very perky and I can tell they grew especially the right one cause it grew so much it sags now even my boyfriend noticed it ughhh please help!
