Can it be HIV

I had sex with the guy I am with for the first time .. 4 days prior to that I got 2 bumps on my skin , near my wrist by my hand .. I wanted to have your opinion on whether it looks like HIV? Keep in mind also that at that time they appeared I was wearing a sweaty gym long sleeve shirt . Not sure if that can be the case as well.
